Rural areas outside of London experience construction boom, SMSTS Kent trainings required

As the rural and smaller areas outside of London (and all over the United Kingdom, for that matter) begin to experience a tremendous construction boom, the need for Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) courses has risen dramatically.

Courses that have been specifically designed to give your high level team members, managers, and project supervisors the information and tools they need to make sure that all projects are run in accordance with local legal provisions and all safety regulations. This is the kind of training that cannot be overlooked, the kind of valuable life training that can make sure each and every one of your employees is safe while conducting the work that is necessary for every specific project.

Thanks to the implementation of SMSTS Kent live trainings (as well as the 5 day course), you’re going to be able to give your important team members all of the trainings and experience that they need moving forward.

Because of the efficient course delivery mechanism, you’ll be able to cram a lifetime of experience into a 5 day course

One of the things that is most impressive about the SMSTS Kent trainings is how efficiently there able to deliver critical concepts, life experience, and a number of interview sessions all in a tight five day window. Understanding that it’s almost impossible to provide all of your key members with every single nuance in detail moving forward in the SMSTS Kent trainings, the instructors will focus on the essentials (while providing information to expand upon) to get your guys up to speed as fast as humanly possible.

Also understanding that it may be nearly impossible to schedule a 5 day course into a five day consecutive time period, the SMSTS Kent trainers are more than comfortable spreading this out over a five week period – with one day a week dedicated to the specific classes necessary.

Obviously, this is not ideal – but understanding the time constraints of most major construction projects happening all over the United Kingdom, it may be the only way you can give your key team members the information and training that they deserve.

A course examination will need to be passed to secure your certifications moving forward

Another critical distinction that you’ll want to be well aware of his understanding that an end of course examination will take place at the conclusion of your 5 day course. A 72% passing grade will be required to move forward and get your certification, and you’ll only have 30 minutes to complete the entire test.

This is a necessary step moving forward in the proper completion of the SMSTS Kent trainings – and one that cannot be skipped under any circumstances. Obviously, this test an examination will cover all of the information your team members have received in an effort to check their understanding and proficiency with the material, and let the same kind give you the peace of mind and security necessary knowing that it was an effective training schedule.

Employees who have been given different responsibilities, for example, employees who have successfully gained CPCS cards for specific items of plant and will now be driving plant on site as opposed to their former occupation. It must be appreciated that different types of inductee will probably require different levels or styles of induction training because of their varying levels of knowledge, experience and competence within the industry. It is only if, after induction, they have all the appropriate information as regards company policy and site rules (including the principal contractor’s site rules on projects that are notifiable under the CDM Regulations) that they will be able to integrate into the workforce and work without risks to their own health and safety or to others who may be affected.
